What the Notices Mean

The Gazette distinguishes between companies whose dissolution has already been confirmed and businesses facing proposed removal. The 63 dissolved companies have been struck off the register, while the other 62 remain subject to the objection process.

Under the notice concerning the proposed removals, interested parties have three months from publication to show cause against the strike-off. The process provides an opportunity to raise concerns before the Registrar proceeds with the proposed action.

The notices do not state the individual reasons behind the confirmed dissolutions or proposed removals. They also do not establish that any of the named businesses engaged in unlawful activities.

Businesses, creditors and other interested parties dealing with the affected companies may wish to consult the Registrar of Companies. Checking the official notices and relevant company records can help them establish the implications for their specific interests.
